Happy 1st Birthday to our wonderful cabins🥳
We can’t quite believe that it has been 1 whole year since constructing these beautiful treatment rooms😱 What a game changer they have been for both ourselves and our fantastic clients! Not only have they transformed the business, but our back gardens too! We have battled wind, rain and storms and can confidently say that they are still standing😂 Even if we have had to improvise a little bit!

Our couples massage’s are proving rather popular with couples, friends, mums and daughters etc. We are wondering if we ran a course in basic massage techniques (non certificated, just for personal use) to use with your partner or friend who would be interested? It would give you tips to help reduce stress and tension in common areas such as the back neck and shoulders and help when your special someone needs a little TLC between professional treatments. Maximum of 8 per course and modesty will be protected 🙌🙌 Probably 2.5 hours on a Sunday, with the chance to give each other a treatment. Approx £60 per person. We have made a few very small changes to our cancellation policy and no-show policy - effective immediately (13/03/24).

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of an appointment a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 2 hours of an appointment a 60% no-show fee will apply.

Today is World Mental Health Day! Here at Me Time Massage and Well-being we would just like to remind everyone how linked our physical and mental health is …when one is out of sync it can impact the other massively. As well as offering a range of fantastic treatments to help with aches, mobility and stress/tension relief we ALSO offer our listening ears so if you need to talk during a treatment we are of course happy to listen. A problem shared is a problem halved as they say. No judgment and fully confidential plus it may give an insight into the physical issues. We both believe very much in positive thinking influenced by the Law of Attraction and hope to add CBT, EFT and Talking Therapies to our treatments eventually. Of course you are able to totally switch off, relax and drift off to the relaxing music during a treatment too.
Please look after yourselves, YOU matter!
