We're delighted to announce that Bristol City legends Scott Murray and Louis Carey will be playing in the Sellebrity Soccer charity match next week 👏

This special match is being organised in memory of Liam Shepherd, a player from our Academy who passed away in 2021. The event will celebrate Liam’s passion for sport and raise funds for two significant causes – the Liam Shepherd Foundation and Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day and Weston Ability Football Club and are partners Weston-super-Mare AFC are proud to do our bit in supporting wonderful people with Autism.

Through our Inclusion Football Sessions anyone with a Disability, additional needs or Mental Health Condition can have the chance to play football, get active, make new friends and have the chance to represent our club in a fun and inclusive environment.

Our Sessions run on Sundays 9am -10am

History is made! For the first time ever, the Somerset Ability Counts League held the first matches of their Under 16 division. Teams from Bristol City Cerebral Palsy Football Club , Purnell Sports Youth Football Club and Weston Ability came together at Strode College to play in some enjoyable entertaining games!

Plans are now in place to introduce an U12 division for the rest of the season with even more teams attending!

Weston ability fc is a football club for children and adults with additional needs or disabilities.
Founded in 2016 our main focus was to get people that might not get the chance in mainstream society to enjoy and play football in a safe and inclusive environment.
We now have teams for u12s u16s and Adults.
All our coaches are FA Qualified and most have children themselves with additional needs so understand the best way to help players become the best they can be.
All abilities welcome.
