Open plan kitchen/lounge area created using rsj beams, exposed beams painted with intumescent fire paint.. ready for customer to paint walls and fit new kitchen

Before and after - cut out doorway in side of a garage for easy access, small catnic lintel put in - easy day for the boys 🦾

Old reclaimed brick gable completed. Built with black mortar to blend in with the existing house brick. 🧱

Install of 665kg spliced beam. Supported on 2 steel posts Beam supplied by Avomech Ltd

steels supplied by Avomech Ltd, fitted by us Coleman Construction. All went smoothly, lovely finish to the kitchen and a lovely open plan area 👌🏾

Driveway prep with a little help from the youngest member of Coleman Construction ❤️

Stunning patio area created using exterior non-slip porcelain tiles.
Old slabs removed, area dug out, w**d membrane laid and area prepped before laying new tiles. Customer is now just waiting on the artificial grass to be fitted this week for the finished effect

Extension built in engineering brick ( in the bad weather ) needs a final clean down once dried out.. top lift to be insulated and cladded to customers design

Plasterers just putting their finishing touches on to the extension. Foundations dug and built in bradstone walling. Job done for associated windows.

Conservatory base and walls built ready for frames to be fitted. Job done for Associated Windows

Black limestone slabs laid to customers design. Patio, steps and path created leading to customers bar area.

Opening created for bifold doors to be fitted. Structural beam inserted and doors fitted.
