Morning, as most of you are aware Katie has dared to have a holiday which has left Sharman in the kitchen with only Ange for help (how is this going to go). It was the first day yesterday soooo

Day 1 in the Cranberry Swamp kitchen (without Katie) we're still alive just even tho the eggs really didn't want to poach arrrrgggg also Shar was left alone while Ange had to go home to sort out an electrical problem John (our dad) had no TV da da da its ok we all made it through. Stay tuned for today's updates

Cranberry Swamp is now recruiting.

Full time, Seasonal cafe supervisor. Must have experience of running a busy cafe. Days, hours and pay to be discussed. Must be available for weekends.

Team member hospitality apprentice - learning all aspects of the business to level 2. Days,hours and pay to be discussed. Must also be available for weekends.

Potwash would suit an enthusiastic 14 - 16 yr old, for weekends and holidays.
