We have an opportunity to have the lovely Geraint with us for a Gong & Sound Journey on Thursday evening THIS WEEK!
This will take place either outside or inside our Bell tent.

Sometimes young people blame themselves for pressures they are feeling, rather than seeing that they are caused by external forces. If your child is putting a lot of pressure on themselves, try talking to them about focussing on things they can control.

Amelia is looking forward to bringing back a weekly outdoor Hatha Yoga class starting on Thursday April 18th
Amelia is trained with and currently studying with to deepen her Gitananda Pranayama practice and knowledge.
Everybody is welcome - come and enjoy some movement and conscious breath whilst immersed in nature π
This class is an outdoor class so will not run if itβs raining sadly π all cancellations due to the weather will be refunded.

Do you have a young person who is struggling at the moment? Maybe suffering with anxiety, stress, overthinking and worry?
Sometimes taking a bit of time to talk things through, recognise thoughts, feelings, triggers and reactions can help us to change habits and take steps to feel better.
More importantly, the shift that is made when we βget out of our headβ using movement, the breath, meditation, affirmations and relaxation techniques can feel so good! It can give us a full reset, balancing our nervous system and help us to recognise when weβre out of balance mentally and emotionally.
Young people today are suffering, not because they are broken but because the world we expect them to function in doesnβt nurture their needs effectively.
When I work with a young person, my focus is to help them move from stress, anxiety and fear to calm, present and relaxed, but also to help them to understand themselves better, to help them to feel their self worth, self love, and confidence. To empower them with daily tools that will enable them to find more balance in their lives, more joy and flow.

10am Ease into the day, Mindful Movement
11am soften into the sauna and hot tub, ease tired muscles and relax busy minds,
Followed by an invigorating cold shower or dunk in the cold tub (not compulsory!)

1.30pm Mindful Nature walk
2pm Guided Journal and reflection, time to explore where we are in our thoughts, feelings, bodies and minds, opportunity to create a personalised well-being action plan
2.30pm Breathwork and deep relaxation time
3.30pm finish with a cuppa and prepare to leave

Iβve been working on a 1 - 1 basis with a teenage girl since June,our focus has been navigating anxiety, and negative thought patterns. We have been using a variety of tools including mindfulness practices, breathwork and relaxation techniques. We have been doing a little bit of journaling and mapping out what triggers anxiety, and what helps it to dissipate. My student and her mother have both expressed that they feel our work has been extremely helpful, which is such lovely feedback! Today we will be looking at βback to schoolβ and all that this may bring ππππΌ
