I have been asked to cover FitSteps at Dance City in the centre of Newcastle for four consecutive Tuesdays (5:30-6:30) from 25th June to 16th July.

FitSteps during Waves closure.
I will be running at class at Tynemouth Pool on Saturdays 6th and 13th July at 11:15am 💃🕺💃🕺
Edited to add: And Saturday 20th too!
How to book:
Use the Contours app as usual but book through the Tynemouth system rather than Waves. Usual booking system applies so booking will open on Friday 28th June at 11:15 for the 6th July class and on Friday 5th July for the 13th July class.
Phone bookings are accepted as usual.

‼️ The pool, gym and classes will be unavailable from Sunday 30 June 2024 to allow for essential infrastructure and improvement works.

The gym, pool and classes will restart on Monday 22nd July.

Just a quick notice to let everyone know that I’m planning some more pop-up Sunday sessions - a mix of iconic sessions and usual FitSteps.
I’m also planning a Saturday session when Waves is closed so that we can still dance together.

Fabulous class at Waves this morning. It might be typical bank holiday weather outside, but we had our 45 minutes of sunshine. Energy, effort, enthusiasm, and some new arm moves, too 🌞

This week, I’ve started training in something new. Still FitSteps related but a completely new type of exercise.
Exciting times - sharing the huge benefits of dance fitness to even more people 🥰

Another trip down memory lane with the best dance in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang - fact. I used to know the full routine plus Dick Van D**e's 'wrong' part. I remember using a jazz band majorette's stick as a prop! It's such a clever routine.
