Save a Life Series In the UK, 77% of people either don’t know or are unsure of how to perform CPR and millions of people wouldn’t know how to give basic first aid to another adult. This course can show you how.

Important Customer Notice.
We are experiencing issues with the air handling system in the gym. Despite being on site all afternoon, the engineers have been unable to resolve this and will return on Tuesday.
Temporary measures will be in place from tomorrow, however the gym will still be a much higher temperature than usual.
