On international Self-Care day, what are your favourite ways to look after your wellbeing?

For me, it’s a walk or a run during the week and at the weekly Saturday Wisbech parkrun, good for my mental & physical wellbeing after a busy week and gives me a great sense of achievement which then in turn looks after my wellbeing❤️
Taking time out for yourself is important so go on, treat yourself ❤️!
