Hello people of Eye. We haven’t met yet.. My name is Kai, I organise comedy events under the name ‘Shaft Of Wit’ I am bringing some comedy nights to The Manor Farm Community Centre - Eye Village in July and September. You probably aren’t all aware that I have The one and only MILTON JONES booked for July 19th. You may’ve heard of him. He’s coming along with BGT finalist Danny Posthill and The Shooting Stars Legend Angelos Epithemiou. It’s really a rather special night to have in a village community centre. Milton usually fills up the Key Theatre and bigger
I hope you agree it’s a good thing for the village, I’m working hard to fill up the room, but word has just got out in the papers and so I hope you won’t miss out before it sells out. It’s intended for locals but things like this get people coming from miles around.
If you can’t make it, please tell your friends and neighbours so they don’t miss out.

I put on events like this to brighten up lovely little places and give the community something cool to do. , So please do consider being a part of it.

Rushden Athletic Club is excited to announce that The Loft - Rushden will be hosting live comedy nights from Shaft Of Wit starting soon!

Get ready for performances filled with laughter, fun, and top-notch stand-up comedy.

I have done the maths ... IF...IF... England get through to the quarter finals of that soccer ball competition, their match will be at 5PM on the 5th or 6th of July.

So... even allowing for the extra time added for grown man-babies rolling around pretending to be hurt AND a front-of-the-net -spot-shoot-off AND you crying in the Kings Head toilet if they lose, you can still make the comedy!

CrayCray Returns to The London Comedy Store. Anything can (and usually does) happen. Expect the unexpected... Like the time Chris Rock popped in to do a bit, or when Ed Byrne was singing and dancing, or Phil Nichol getting naked. Actually, Forget that last one. I said UN-expected..

The Mock The Week and Live At The Apollo Star will be going off to Edinburgh and then touring straight after these two special gigs, where he will be filling MAHOOOSIVE theatres with laughter!
If you like him, catch him live, up close and on your doorstep along with MITCH BENN & PATRICK MONAHAN, two absolutely top class comedians you will LOVE!

There will be a flurry of fine comics saying funny things. The shows will have some rising stars of Stand up - Hazel Donovan, Louie Mclean, Malinda Mukama and Nelson T Gombakomba and topped off with MArkus Birdman and Noel James (Friday Only) and Danny Posthill (Saturday Only)
