We have a very busy year ahead and we are looking for new people who are passionate about fireworks to join our professional team.

It’s a great hobby/extra job which will fit round your main work as most shows are at weekends throughout the year, apart from the slightly extended Nov season.

We do displays throughout the uk although majority would be local to Norfolk Suffolk Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

You will be taught all you need to know to help set up these displays and fire them safely.

You will obviously need to be happy to work outside in all British weather has to throw at us, work unsociable hours, with sometimes considerable waiting around between set up and firing the display. A reasonable level of fitness will be required due to moving and handling equipment. You will need to be able to drive or at least be able to get to our main yard in Ementh. The upside is banter from a great team and seeing amazing reactions from the crowds watching.

He will be missed by so many.

🎆 Fawkes in the Walks is currently a go for this Friday, 10 November. Entertainment starts on stage at 6pm with music from Vex. BEAR - CLUB will be performing live from 7pm and the fireworks are scheduled to start at 8pm, with more music to follow. All hosted by Simon Rowe.

Please keep following this channel should anything change between now and Friday night.

Information for people attending Fawkes in the Walks

Do:
✅ wear wellies or waterproof boots and waterproof clothing.

✅ tread carefully – it’s muddy and therefore slippery under foot.

✅ ensure children are accompanied by an adult.

✅ enter The Walks from Seven Sisters/Extons Road, the Library gates and County Court Road by 7:45pm on the event. The Tennyson Avenue and Blackfriars Road entrances will remain open throughout.

✅ use town centre car parks. The most convenient car park for the event is the St James' multi-storey.

✅ support this local event by only purchasing flashing glows and other novelties from the permitted sellers inside the park.

Don’t:
❌ bring pets to the park during the event.

❌ bring your own private fireworks and sparklers - they are not permitted in The Walks.

❌ obstruct residential side streets as this could hamper emergency service access. Please use car parks mentioned above.

Well a sad post as kings Lynn council have had to postpone Fawkes in the walks tonight due to flooding, however we trying really hard to reorganise for next Friday 10th Nov. Also Stradsett Downham Fireworks have cancelled tomorrow due to flooding!
However on a plus our shop is open we have lots stock so why not do your own display in your garden ! Open 9-6 today and tomorrow!
