Pilates, fitness and recovery talk at eliteedgeoffice skate camp in Nottingham! Skaters need to train on and off the ice I stayed off the ice on this occasion 😂⛸️It was great to meet so many motivated students

Fantastic day with lots of laughs & fun at Gildings Barn! We worked out: “twisted” pilates, callesthenics & abs and learnt a lot - new trends, skincare and optimizing nutrition and training. We ended with a flow meditation and sound bath to relax. Here’s what one participant had to say:

“The day was superbly organised by Robin and ran very smoothly and on time.

The venue was excellent, plenty of parking and just right for a nice late summer sunny warm day.

It consisted of an introduction for all, a yoga core workout, vagus nerve release, a delicious filling lunch, 10 very important and helpful lifestyle hacks and finished with restorative yoga and sound bath, helped by Alison.

I attended with my daughter so it really worked for all ages. We came away feeling that we had worked our core hard, learnt a lot from the lifestyle hacks and then ended up deeply relaxed.

Would definitely recommend it and we can’t wait for the next one.”
