YMCA Black Country Group
Everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become. We do this by providing a broad range of services.
YMCA is the largest and oldest charity working with young people (and their communities) in the world. YMCA Black Country Group is an independent local charity, affiliated to the wider YMCA Federation in England & Wales, and the global YMCA family. Across the Black Country and border areas there are thousands of young people who need our help. We don’t just think ‘youth’ we also think ‘community’ and our work extends to include people of all ages, faiths, cultures and backgrounds.
Our next Wellbeing Workshop in partnership with The Kaleidoscope Plus Group is about Managing Frustration & Anger taking place on Wednesday 2nd October, at YMCA West Bromwich.
All sessions are free and open to all, but pre-booking is required.
Contact Joy Chatwin to book your place [email protected] 0121 524 1950.

YMCA Chaplaincy Services support staff and service users to think through life’s big questions. Often the daily pressures arising from relationships, money, personal and others expectations can seem suffocating; or life becomes so hectic that little time is spent considering spiritual health.
YMCA Chaplaincy provides a non-judgemental space to discuss, explore, pray, worship and generally unpack life’s journey from a supportive Christian perspective. You can spot our Chaplains around our buildings in yellow hoodies, or contact them directly at [email protected] to arrange an appointment.
