1) The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) release the ‘books’ every six months, MP’s, Councillor’s and members of the public can all scrutinise this.
2) The Labour Party engaged in early access talks, which meant that key Labour figures sat down with Civil Servants, and actually looked at their plans and costed them BEFORE the manifesto was written.
Labour will have the public believe that there is an unseen black hole, this is nonsense. If they couldn’t see their plans weren’t costed, they’re in need of specsavers!
