We have ventured further afield recently and working on a couple of projects in Stratford 🚐 🛣️

At Britt House the steels have been installed and foundation excavated ready for concrete incoming ➡️➡️

This is already a lovely big family home and will soon be the talk of the village with the beautiful rear extension 😍

The 1st of many structural steel posts has been installed at our exciting project in Hagley.

We have worked closely with on this design to ensure the fabrication is correct. We are excited to install all the steels over the next 10 days and see this extension take shape 🏠

The team can breathe a sigh of relief as we will be using our crane hire service to simplify the operation as the combined weight of all the steels is 3,500 kg 😡 💪

Health and Safety is the priority as always to ensure the safety of our team and our customer however I don’t think the team were overly impressed with the new uniform when installing the loft insulation today 🧱🪚⛏️

Sonny joined us as our latest Apprentice earlier this year and has settled in really well 👏

He is working toward his Carpentry and Joinery L2. He has already upskilled since working with us and has been a huge asset to our team.

We started the day off well with installing a whopping 10m long steel today 🙌

Although this isn’t the heaviest steel we have ever installed it certainly was the longest and the access isn’t ideal, so it took some careful manoeuvring from the driver and our team to get this into place on a rear extension 🏗️- thankfully we have had a break in the rain for this task!

The extension is coming along nicely with the roof installation due to commence shortly 🪚🔨

We captured some amazing photos of the roof structure at The Priory before the roof tiles were installed 📸

Working with the existing structure certainly brought complications to this process but with our skilled team of carpenters on board and detailed specifications from the architect Boughton Butler we conquered it 🙌
