Always great to have existing clients back for holiday livery - Matty back for a week whist his owner is away to Badminton

On Tuesday early morning (3.57am), we had a beautiful huge filly by Franklin. Super excited for this special lady ❣️

Schooling livery Matty went back home today after staying with me for nearly 13 weeks. He has been an absolute pleasure to have and I’m missing his cute face already. Massive thank you to Matty’s owner Lorna Strutt for trusting me to look after your boy!! He is now going beautifully schooled and I can’t wait to coach you both to progress on for the future 🥰

2021 has been a challenging year - good and bad! My coaching has and still is growing, with new and existing clients who are achieving so much with their horses - I am one proud trainer 😁. I have some very exciting youngsters coming through 🤩🤩🤩. I’ve done more clinics than I’ve ever done this year so I am organising my diary for more exciting clinics 💃. More exciting schooling liveries are booking in 🎉. I do love my job!!!

Had a phone call from a very happy and “buzzing” Katharine Fell who is staying over at Lincomb EC camp this weekend saying that her horse “Chalkey boy” was absolutely brilliant in a group lesson today. She said he behaved, he didn’t put a foot wrong and the instructor there praised them both how well they are doing in such a short space of time 🙌🏻. Katharine - your confidence is going in the right direction and you have made me the happiest and proudest coach/trainer ever.
I love my job so much because the results speak for themselves, understanding the riders mind and guiding them forward in a positive and confident way 💪🏻❣️🥳

To say that I’m super duper proud of baby Harry is an understatement. He hasn’t been out to a party for over a month and to come out and perform a lovely test with 66.73% with a yellow ribbon. We had a couple of teething problems but he is slowly progressing in the right direction with strengthening exercises, plus excellent training from Paul Rigby 🙌🏻.

We welcome Julia Jackson and the gorgeous barbie pony Imp here at full livery 💓. Imp has settled in very well taking in his new surroundings and making new friends 🥰

Can’t quite believe this........

About a month ago, this little mare had laminitis, so we stripped her back (no rugs on, changed the feed, bedding and moved her onto soak hay, which peach was not liking 🤣)
Then after a week, peach was starting to walk again, so gentle hacking for 10 days. I slowly introduced her into the school, did some long and low work, everything was going so good I gradually increased her work as the competition was looming!! Had one lesson from “the boss” Paul Rigby, he was so impressed his words were, she will be fine for Area Festival, she knows what she’s doing! So I had the wonderful Helen Wallace HW Equine doing some final adjustments to help keep Peach supple and the difference is amazing 🤩.
Moving to today, I was very nervous 😬 but Peach pulled it out the bag and gained an impressive 10th place with 61.19% in the AM91 🥳🙌🏻🦄.

Huge thank you to my fabulous trainer Paul with your excellent training, my family for their support and to the amazing Rhoni MacDonald my nutrition guru from Horseward who I’m constantly calling/texting about advice 🙊, you have saved my horse and I can’t thank you enough ❤️❤️❤️.

So Peach is allowed out for an hour a day as a treat 😋 💚

When the boy and girl had a jumping day 🥳💕. Best to stick to my day job 😜

All set for my first pole clinic of 2021 tomorrow 💕. The daffodils are blooming 🌼, arena levelled and a certain tiger ready to greet you 🐯 plus we have an Easter treat for each client that has booked in 🐣
