HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Studies show that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

Finally after being poorly most of Christmas I feel more like myself and get back to making memories with these three but also building on my little business.

My diary is now open for again for 2018 so if Personal Training takes your fancy but the thought of a gym is daunting contact me and get booked in and I’ll bring your session to you.

Taster sessions available for both single or joint sessions.

Keep checking my page as also I’m going to be hosting HIIT group sessions for beginners and intermediate, so whether your new to the fitness scene or just starting out I’ll be catering for everyone, all you need for the session is a towel and a bottle of water!!!

Whilst sat here in my pjs with the dreaded lurgy 🀧🀧🀧 I’m dying to get out for a run but my little legs won’t carry me yet, it got me thinking..........

Why do you train?

Have you found a reason that is deep enough for you commit to yourself for the rest of your life?
Commitment is something that should last forever. Not a phase or a quick fix, it needs to be something that you truly, deeply, want or need.

Over the past few months I’ve asked my clients the things they wanted to achieve through fitness. Some of them I decided to list below to remind us of why we do what we do.
The constant reminder of how deep fitness can go inspires every single person to take the step into making that change.

So this lady has put a smile on my face all day. 6.30am 1’degree outside she trained with her husband.
If anyone has ever worked with the Bulgarian bag before they will know that it’s a very difficult piece of equipment to master such as β€œthe Bulgarian bag swing” this photo shows Amy in full motion of the swing, her technique was spot on moving the bag round her body and above her head,
Her determination has been outstanding and I’m thoroughly enjoying training both of them and watching them progress. Well-done Amy # #

So finally I get to share the amazing results with everyone that my client has just achieved.

Liz started training with me 6 weeks ago, she had very little fitness and has been members of various gyms but it’s never quite worked for her.

Liz’s confidence was quite low in respect to her appearance and had lost motivation. She needed guidance and structure to get her on track.

So that’s when her journey began with me and I couldn’t be more prouder, happier and so glad that I’ve been able to be apart of this with her ( I have a massive grin on my face while writing this)

We sat down and talked about her nutrition and put a plan in place that’s was manageable with a full time job, looking after her daughter and being a wife.

Liz agreed to train with me 3 times a week and then to go to a local kick boxing class once a week.

Liz took part in a fit test at the beginning of the 6 weeks and then again today, she smashed her results on every part of the test.

Each week Liz has become stronger, her fitness has excelled, and her body has changed dramatically. She has been an absolute pleasure to train.

I can’t wait to see what happens in the next 6 weeks, I promise there’s more to come, bring it on!!!!

Total weight lost-15lbs
Measurements total loss 52cm!!!!!!!
