HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Studies show that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

Finally after being poorly most of Christmas I feel more like myself and get back to making memories with these three but also building on my little business.
My diary is now open for again for 2018 so if Personal Training takes your fancy but the thought of a gym is daunting contact me and get booked in and Iβll bring your session to you.
Taster sessions available for both single or joint sessions.

RIP Trainer workout this morning with Sam, tough session but loads of fun!!
Top session with these two beauties this morning! None stop workout started off with a taster of HIIT!!
So this lady has put a smile on my face all day. 6.30am 1βdegree outside she trained with her husband.
If anyone has ever worked with the Bulgarian bag before they will know that itβs a very difficult piece of equipment to master such as βthe Bulgarian bag swingβ this photo shows Amy in full motion of the swing, her technique was spot on moving the bag round her body and above her head,
Her determination has been outstanding and Iβm thoroughly enjoying training both of them and watching them progress. Well-done Amy # #

Leg day for this one today, mostly body weight used with some added extended arm squats into the mix π₯π₯π₯π₯
What a busy week Iβve had, some serious sessions smashed out by my clients, now time to relax and enjoy the weekend

So finally I get to share the amazing results with everyone that my client has just achieved.
Liz started training with me 6 weeks ago, she had very little fitness and has been members of various gyms but itβs never quite worked for her.
Lizβs confidence was quite low in respect to her appearance and had lost motivation. She needed guidance and structure to get her on track.
So thatβs when her journey began with me and I couldnβt be more prouder, happier and so glad that Iβve been able to be apart of this with her ( I have a massive grin on my face while writing this)
We sat down and talked about her nutrition and put a plan in place thatβs was manageable with a full time job, looking after her daughter and being a wife.
Liz agreed to train with me 3 times a week and then to go to a local kick boxing class once a week.
Liz took part in a fit test at the beginning of the 6 weeks and then again today, she smashed her results on every part of the test.
Each week Liz has become stronger, her fitness has excelled, and her body has changed dramatically. She has been an absolute pleasure to train.
I canβt wait to see what happens in the next 6 weeks, I promise thereβs more to come, bring it on!!!!
