I'm getting really bored of how those with the billions manipulate the rest of us. So much TV, News, and social media are designed to keep us miserable.
If we're miserable, we buy their junk food, drink, and take antidepressants - we stay sad, and they add to their billions.
It's time to live on purpose and stop letting the higher ups do our thinking for us.

Morning routine?!? Not more things for you morning routine, I don't know about you but mine is already 17 hours long!!! haha But 8 min? Can you spare 8 min to help your back? What bits of advice would you give your younger self? Share if you can, as it'll be useful advice for other people, I'm sure :)
We live in such hectic times. Not only are we pushed to work 40+ hours a week, but on top of that, we're meant to have a 'side hustle' (because our main job now doesn't pay enough), exercise 17 hours a week, and eat like a bird!
Or... we can realise that we probably only have one life, and if we decide what we want from it, we'll probably find that it's not worth working all the hours to buy shiny junk :)
What do you want from your life? If you looked over it from your old age, what would mean you had a good life?

Once I realised I didn't have to look like a super slim woman who could do headstands, Yoga became so much more accessible for me.
It's my aim to show others that if I can get a ton of benefits from Yoga, they can too.
Plus, all sorts of athletes add Yoga to their sporting routine, including:
LeBron James (Basketball): Yoga helps him with flexibility, core strength, and balance.
Kevin Love (Basketball): Credits yoga for improved strength, balance, and reduced injuries.
Novak Djokovic (Tennis): Yoga has enhanced his flexibility, mental focus, and recovery.
Andy Murray (Tennis): Regularly practices yoga to aid recovery and prevent injuries.
Ryan Giggs (Football): He used yoga throughout his long career to maintain flexibility and fitness.
The goal is only the first step. Our subconscious minds filter the entire world based on what it thinks is important.
The way for it to know what is important is to make the target clear.
If you want to lose weight, ask yourself, how much weight? By what time? For what reason?
For your ideal job, ask yourself, what is your realistic dream job? What do you need to get it? What qualifications do you need - make the target clear?
Whatever the goal, ask yourself, is the target clear? Only by making sure that it is can you get the giant super computer, your subconscious mind, on your side :)

There is some great research about body brushing; it can clear dead skin cells and bring blood to the area to help heal and promote vitality. Plus, brushing with one hand and then the other helps sharpen our brain
