"This month the Tenant Reps, along with the Housing Tenancies Lead completed a walk about in Gresford (we will be doing more in other areas). From this we found the area to be tidy with hardly any litter.

There were some issues spotted such as overgrown hedges, pavement parking, weeds on pavements obstructing pedestrians walking, and uneven paths and roads. The aim of these ‘walk about’s’ are to spot any issues, that can then be passed onto the relevant departments.

In the afternoon we met with the Gas Service Department.
In this meeting we discussed Gas servicing, Appointments, and also discussed issues which Contract Holders have brought to us to speak on their behalf. We plan to meet with Gas Contractors at a future date."

🧴 Remember to reapply sunscreen after going swimming as sunscreen will wash off in the water, and the cooling effect of the water can make you think you're not getting burned 🏖️

Water also reflects ultraviolet (UV) rays, increasing your exposure.
