Hi all.

Please can we be aware of our appointments this week and make an effort to be on time.
With it being our final week before xmas we are extremely busy and we'll only be giving 15 mins grace, so any later we'll be rearranging the appointment to January.

OK,, so we only have a little over 3 weeks left before the big day and I get some spend so quality time with my family.
Il be working each Monday to Fri to accommodate all your beautiful pooches n to get the sprouced ready for Christmas.
Please be aware our last day in is fri 22nd and we are pretty much booked up that last week so if u require an appointment between now n then please get in touch xx

CAN PEOPLE PLEASE TRY AND REMEMBER APPOINTMENTS BOOKED!!!!!!!!
It is so difficult coming up to Xmas and the amount of people forgetting their appointments is absolutely ridiculous this year. I don't mind u rearranging or I an happy to accommodate parcel deliveries etc if u call but the amount of people 'forgetting' n not showing up is frustrating to say the least.
Also while I'm popping up a post can u all please make sure ur dogs have relieved themselves before u bring them!! I seem to spend quite a lot of time cleaning up after them lately.
😞 this Christmas period is definitely trying my patience to say the least. 😢

Hi all

After much consideration iv made the choice to close the salon tomorrow.
With no air con or air circulation in the room n being as busy as we are it would be unfair on the dogs to be groomed in this heat. If I haven't already spoke to u individually I will get round to it shortly to rearrange your app.
The weather app had given a lot cooler temps for wed Thurs n fri so I will open early and late to accommodate apps.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused but the welfare of the pooches is my main priority xx

due to the amount of same day cancellations and no shows we are introducing a £5.00 per dog cancellation fee and asking for a deposit on the next appointment booked sorry we have to make these changes but I have had 9 altogether this week and it's not acceptable.

OK so as we r incredibly busy between now n Christmas if an appointment is missed with no contact with myself or the girls you will not be offered another appointment!!!
It's not fair on myself as I have the staff in to cover the appointments or others who are waiting for an appointment n missing out!! I appreciate things happen but over the last week alone iv had 11 no shows and half ringing n expecting another app before Christmas.
Of appointments keep being missed il have no choice but to start taking deposits!!!

Just to let u all know due to the phone lines being down n having no Internet we are unable to take card payments until this is resolved x thankfully iv had calls diverted to my mobile x
