Today is National Pinot Grigio day ! Who knew ? 😜 🍷

To celebrate this very special day .. we have a new Pinot Grigio “blush” for you to try …

It is a sapid wine with well balanced acidity and a dry end taste. Its flavour is fruity with hints of toasted almonds and straw.

Excellent as an aperitif and with low fat entrees, meat and fish dishes.

The grapes are hand picked around mid september and then de-stemmed and soft pressed.
