Something for the Dads and Mums

For the past 20 plus years, our Secretary and Treasurer have organised and run an annual Halloween disco, raising thousands of pounds for various charities

This years event will take place on 31st October 3:00 pm at Llay Legion, everyone is welcome

This year, all profits from the event will go to Your Space, which is a Llay based charity who provide Meaningful Activities for Children and Young Adults

We are devastated by the news from our Friend’s and neighbours Gresford Athletic FC, our thoughts are with Freddie’s Family / Friends and everyone involved with Gresford FC at this sad time.

As a mark of respect we would request that all of our teams playing this weekend that they join Gresford in a minutes silence or applause

Our under 9s have got off to a great start in their first 2 games this season! Lots of rain but lots of smiles as well!

Unlucky today for our U14’s who came back from 4-0 down to draw 4-4 only to go out on penalties

Llay United Under 14's 2024-2025 season are looking for a few new players. As they move from nine v nine to eleven a side.
Players are currently in Year 8, moving into Year 9 in September.
Training is Wednesday on Shones Lane at 5.30pm.

This Friday - Presentation Night 2023/24

This year’s presentation nights will be held Llay RBL
Under 6 to under 11 will be held on Friday 24th May

The is no Entry Charge and the event is open to everyone, but children have to be accompanied

Due to the large amount of building work currently taking place around Llay Legion, parking will be limited

Also as the majority of the outside of the legion is currently a building site children must stay in the big function room, unfortunately there is no grass to play football on, so please don’t bring any balls to the presentation night.

Fantastic to see so many children enjoying football this morning with our U8’s playing and our U7’s playing , we currently have a limited number of places in our U7 and U6 teams as we prepare for next season

Due to current weather conditions and the forecast for the next few hours we have decided to cancel the U6, 7, 8 and 10 training tonight At Rhosnesni school

Other ages should check with their coaches

The club is currently recruiting Year 1 children to join their under 6 team
Training is currently on a Tuesday Night 6:00 pm on the 3G Astroturf at Rhosnesni School
