My goal for the end of 2024 is to reach 1000 subscribers, I'm one month in and already halfway there!
I know to a lot of people this doesn't seem like anything but I set up my little channel literally just for my clients and yogi's who couldn't get to my classes, wasn't expecting more than 100 people to subscribe, and now I'm at 500!

🤤 really trying to up my veggie intake.

Before I moved I was soooo good at looking after myself my diet was perfect and so clean, when I moved because my routine was completely shaken and I was driving between Essex and Norfolk so much I really struggled to even find time to buy food, and then spending time making it in someone else’s kitchen one half of the week and a new kitchen the other!? It was exhausting!
That being said since Christmas I’ve really got my act together, starting to find a rhythm again!

Anyway just a little reminder to all of you not to be too hard on yourself, life shifts and things change and priorities do slip. That’s life!
As long as you continue to make healthier choices in each situation you’re in (food or otherwise!) you’ll get back to a more balanced place!

2023 is here!
