Wymondham Nature Group - Wyng
WyNG is the Wymondham local group of the Norfolk Wildlife Trust ๐ฟ You do not need to be an expert; just love wildlife, just come and enjoy it.
We hold ten evening indoor illustrated talks a year on subjects covering all aspects of wildlife and wild places. These are held at the Town Green Centre, Wymondham on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7.30pm, but not in July or August. We run a friendly committee which you could get involved with or help out with our practical conservation teams. We maintain a healthy 50-80 people to each monthly
If you're out on the beach between Bacton and Sea Palling, you may come across a strange discovery!
A Deep History Detective community project run by Pathways to Ancient Britain is examining how artefacts move along the Deep History Coast โ how far they move and over what timeframe. And so, bright pink numbered stones have been placed along this stretch of coastline. If you come across one, please record the location using the CITiZAN app. Once youโve recorded the location, please leave the replica on the beach so its journey can continue to be tracked! Find out more here and download the app here: https://bit.ly/3U9zaaV
