I'm trying something different for a while by some specific themed nights. Starts this week and I'm doing Friday night curry club. Order any off my menu but this is a new one I've mastered for any vegetarians or those wishing to cut down on meat - Chickpea & Spinach Korma

Being an avid curry lover I really wanted to be able to master the real McCoy myself. So a good Indian cook book,lots of you tube videos and a shed load of spices later......... here are the results with a home made Garlic Naan too! I'm sure you'll of heard of The Masked Singer well I'm The Masked Chef, an ambitious qualified York based chef starting my own food delivery business with a view to getting a premises later this year 🙂

I very much pride myself on good flavour packed meals with some of my secret masked chef sauces,spices and recipes not your average takeaway but served to a restaurant standard.

All orders I will deliver the food safely packaged and served hot to your doorstep at the time we agree so make sure you remember to grab it whilst it's hot, i'm keen to keep my mask firmly on 😁
