It's going to be March next week and the season for frozen coffee will be officially open! I love Thermomix made frappucino!! With chocolate with nuts with vanilla with alcohol!! There is no limit! And it saved me the fortune!! I easily saved 2 Thermomix worth of dosh just by making cold coffee at home!

Happy New Year!! I was celebrating the arrival of #2024 with Kiwi cocktail 🍸 very fresh, sweetened with agave syrup and has my favourite blue Curaçao as one of the ingredients.

Happy New Year!!! NYE feast today prepared in my Thermomix in a record short time - chicken gujouns, Korean fried chicken, salmon creme, potato salad, prawn cocktail, rainbow coleslaw, mayonnaise for most of the above.
I love my Thermomix so much and I hope 2024 will bring you one too!! 🎉

An epic dinner tonight. Following a Thermomix recipe - a morrocan style leg of lamb with cherry cous cous and three sauces - yoghurt, chimichurri and harrisa. What a treat!!

Christmas Pudding Cheesecake with a twist. In the oven now and 🤞 it will be as delicious as I imagined it.
What's the twist?? Run out of time to make fresh mix spice, so I used a home made apple peel spice instead... Can't wait for the result!??
