Fantastic day today at the MSF Olympics in Sheffield we are sooooooo proud of both our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and volunteers. You were all amazing and we came 3rd overall out of 18 groups!!!!

Our young people have received a lovely letter from her majesty after they all sent her congratulations cards for her platinum jubilee;

Finally after a year of virtual scouting some of our beavers and cubs managed to meet face to face today!!!! Huge thank you to St Nicks for the use of their stunning nature reserve the kids really had a fun filled afternoon!!

Although it wasn't the year we had planned back in March 2021 the children enjoyed a fun session via zoom to celebrate our first full year of scouting and even celebrated with a cake in a mug!!!!!

Huge thank you to Freya and Ester from St Nicks for this week's session on birds and using tetrapaks for plant pots!! The Beavers and cubs really enjoyed themselves will keep you updated on the progress of their watercress ☺️☺️

Our Young People will learn about the different cultures, Scout promises, songs and activities and we can remember the joy of Scouts which is belonging in a huge worldwide family!

With lockdown 3.0 here, now more than ever there is a real need to support one another during this difficult time. We will be sharing lots of virtual events which we hope to run during the next 6 weeks for young people and adults volunteers to support as much as we can. We are kickstarting with our new fortnightly...

Chaii & Chat

Starting this Thursday, we hope this will be an opportunity for adult volunteers to meet new friends, have a chat and hopefully an hour or so break from the stresses of lockdown life.

The first session is for females and we hope to see as many of you there as possible ☺️

Scouts - How Scouts can commemorate Remembrance this year Unfortunately, Scouts in England and Wales can't attend any face-to-face Remembrance events, but we can commemorate virtually this year.

Parliament Week Virtual Session

With the move to pause Face to Face scouting with the return of the readiness level to Red, MSF have decided to host some extra virtual sessions to support groups and leaders! 😃

Saturday, 7th November & Sunday 8th November, on Facebook Live we will be hosting parliament week sessions which will allow young people to achieve their Parliament Week badge! 🗳

Who has missed the Olympics this year?

Covid may have impacted us in so many ways but we refuse to let this change the fun that we offer young people so instead we are bringing a fun filled morning of sport, challenge, fun and prizes.
