TABATA is a high-intensity interval training that consists of 8 sets of fast paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds with a brief rest of 10 seconds between each move ✅
These shorter intense bursts of energy are effective for fat burning and strengthening your cardio system✅
⏰Optional weigh in: 6:00pm- 6:20pm
