the riverside and the train station is a 20 minute walk along the York wall. This luxury apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard, with Laura Ashley bed linen and beds, finest Vileroy and Bosh china, leather reclining sofas and under floor heating. The accommodation offers two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 persons. A double master bedroom and a single bedroom with the flexibility of twin pull out beds if required. The modern fitted bathroom has a drench walk in shower, accessible to all and newly replaced fixtures and fittings. The well appointed kitchen has a raised dining area, to take advantage of the spectacular river views. Lounge with TV/DVD and patio doors leading out to the river facing balcony with out door seating and table. Modern luxury furnishings, accessories and soft white towels are all provided. Free designated parking for 1 vehicle is also provided. The private apartment is only available exclusively for 10 weeks total per year. Saturday to Saturday lets only, £700 per week any time of the year.
