Hi everyone! I finally finished another Agnes top by - it’s been cut out for months and I’d not made the time to sew it up until earlier this week. I love it, have worn it lots and have had lots of compliments on it already! I’m always so busy running and teaching or assisting others to sew, that I don’t make enough time for my own sewing! I’ve got a few unfinished projects to complete still, so I was thinking of possibly hosting a workshop for all your ‘projects in progress’ or ‘unfinished projects’ .. Maybe sew together and get some of them finished if anybody would be interested in this?! If so, PM me or leave a comment! Alternatively, if you’d like to learn how to sew garments, sign up to our Beginner classes or Intro to Dressmaking class & you’ll soon be sewing up all sorts of fun things! Hello! Hope you’re all well and you’re enjoying the summer period! I thought I’d write another little personal note as I’ve been off the grid a little lately, apologies! I caught covid a few weeks back which knocked me for six and I have been unwell more recently too.. so I hadn’t properly been in the shop for a little while. I’ve spent a lot of time at our Clifton Moor studio working on the behind the scenes and making up more stock + making plans for the future of the business!! But I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed being back in store today! Just wanted to say a huge big ‘Thank You’ to everyone who’s popped into the shop recently or who’s shopped with us online lately, every sale is so very much appreciated!! It felt like a long winter, so it’s so lovely to finally see some sunshine and smiley people about too! 😊☀️ For those of you who are interested in our workshops, we will be adding lots more dates and new workshops at the start of September! We also have more yarn in store and will be adding more to our knitting & crochet offering soon too! 🧶 Hope everyone is having a great summer & thanks again for shopping small, local & independent!
