We are looking for an enthusiastic new member of the team to help develop our business and maintain our high standards of production and service: the successful applicant should be able to operate in all areas of operation, which includes barista work, food preparation, front of house and all other associated tasks. Training will be given in areas that need to be fine-tuned to our style of operation for example speciality coffee and the art of making a proper flat white or latte.
You must have high standards of customer service and personal skills with the ability to multi-task, and work within a small team. We are looking for applications from people who are motivated and passionate about great service.
Experience in a similar environment is preferable but the right attitude to work and the willingness to learn is more important.
This job is 35 hours a week 5 days out of 7, which can include weekends. An application for a part-time position would be considered. Please supply availability details when applying.
Currently we are operating Tuesday to Saturday with scope for this to change in the near future.
The successful applicant will be joining a great team and have scope to develop their skills and experience within the hospitality industry. In addition, they will also enjoy a wage structure that is more than the living wage.
