Happy Imbolc/Candlemas/Brigid's day to those who observe and Blessings for the beginnings of Spring 🌱🧙♂️☀️
Yay, Pagan Dawn -A Pagan Federation Journal (50 years Edition) is out 🧙♂️🌷
Your Imbolc issue of Pagan Dawn is ready!
Regular contributors offer ideas and practical guidance on celebrating Imbolc and sharing its roots with children, on magic for protection, and helping our feathered friends as their thoughts turn to nesting and nurturing.
Personal stories offer insights into the Welsh goddess Blodeuwedd and Slavic Earth goddess Baba Yaga. We take a behind-the-scenes look at life as a lone Pagan, and we’re invited to consider our mental health, and the important role of non-conformity.
There’s an introduction to geomancy – one of the most widespread divinatory systems in the world, and we re-imagine fairyland and explore the concept of landscape as the living embodiment of deity. Finally, we wrap up with a creative colouring meditation on ‘abundance’ – just right for spring!
At this ‘quickening’ of the year, we welcome the returning light, new beginnings and growth. So pick up your Imbolc issue of Pagan Dawn, read something different and try something new!
