Had a busy couple of weeks but now we have a lovely and bright newly painted shop front and signage!

It’s been a labour of love as old sign left a right mess but now it looks great. Shop sanded and painted by us girls, then a wonderful new sign painted by the hugely talented Leah Pendleton Designs 🙌

As we have recently announced, Rainbows is hugely excited to be partnering up with again for October 2024 Ghost Week.

Inspired by TYGM ghosts we’ll be running some ghost making workshops, using earthenware clay. You’ll get the chance to make your own ghost out of clay (different material to TYGM), then you will paint your ghost using splatter techniques and ghost merchant inspired designs.

👻 Booking in person or by phone on Fri 6th Sept: 01904 675533. First come first served with priority given to early walk ins. Due to the limited places available per time slot, bookings is for small groups only (4 max).

👻 Monday 28th October.
10:30-11:30am
12:30-1:30pm
2:30-3:30pm
5:30-7:00pm Adults Only.

(Please arrive 10mins before slot).

👻 Suitable for Age 8+.

👻 £15 pp payable upon booking.

👻 Due to limited numbers of seats, all attendees will be required to take part. Under 13’s must be with an accompanying paying adult.

👻 Your ghost will be ready to collect in 3 weeks from the studio. For those visiting we can post for a small charge.

We have plenty of options over the holidays to keep your kids entertained (regardless of the weather)!

🌈 POP ALONG TO PAINT.
Open Tues - Sun. Walk ins only except for groups of 6+ painters. No time limits, you are welcome to stay as long as you like. We always seat everyone and if we do happen to be full most customers are back within 20mins. We just kindly ask you to limit non painters please. Our lovely neighbours North South York or The Exhibition Pub will gladly keep you or your family entertained in the meantime!

🎨🏡 PAINT AT HOME.
Order online and we’ll have everything ready for you. Just return everything to us a week later.

Tip: Make it a longer project by encouraging your kids to draw their design on paper first, then colour in the design before copying on to the ceramic.
