Here’s something else that we have been doing…

It will soon be Autumn and time for your Autumn displays so I have been knitting some Pumpkins, made with super chunky chenille wool and stuffed with high grade polyester toy stuffing making them super squishy and cuddle-able.
I have made 3 different sizes which I have yet to measure when I find the tape measure 🤣 i

Do you want your children to think they have a parcel or letter delivered to them by Santa or maybe the naughty Elf is posted from Santa? then these address labels are for you. They are 4 x 6 inch sticky labels made on a thermal printer, they will be £0.30 each (plus postage should you want them posting out to you if you can’t collect)
We have left a space so you can add the delivery details in or for an extra £0.05p I can add them to your label for you.

‼️Cocker Spaniel ‼️

We managed to get hold of a black cocker spaniel image, so we now have a 4 inch window decoration and a 2.76 inch hanging tree bauble. (The dogs hat hasn’t really got little squares on the white, note to self take pictures on a plain background 🤣)
If you have any requests for different breeds of dogs then let us know and we can have a look to see if we have that image if not then we will try to make one up for you as we did here.

Printed on one side, the other side is white or you could have a message printed on the back of it or just merry Christmas (as shown)
The baubles are approximately 7cm ( 2.76 inches) round and 3mm (0.12 inches) thick.

Tarot card key-rings!

These are thick solid key-rings, printed the same on both sides. I have a few different tarot card images so if you want a different one I can see if I have got that image for you.

I have started making some window decorations for Christmas.
These are just over 4 inches, come with invisible string and a little sucker so you can attach it to your window.

It’s been a while since I posted anything.
This is what we have been getting up to this week!
It’s all about Funny tarot cards!
We have ones that are done on clear acrylic and then put on stands, you can either put a battery powdered night lite behind them or stand them near a window to make them like sun catchers to see the light shining through.
We also made some waterproof holographic stickers with the laser printer so they can go on water bottles, cups etc.
We have also done some A4 prints of the tarot cards.
Next we are going to make packs of normal stickers on white sticker paper so you can stick them on laptops, phone cases (places where it’s dry)

It’s all about bags!!! 💼 💦

We have hand knitted and crocheted bottle bags to put your drinks in to carry around with you so you have your hands free, they are both different sizes but do the job.
These are great for festivals, or summer walks.

We then have a lovely crocheted bag as well
Gosh we have been busy with our needles and hooks 🤣

While ‘resting’ I have been doing a bit of wire art with a bit of difference, I added some coloured glass beads to make them more like a sun catcher so you can hang them in your windows or hang them in your garden, although the flamingo will stand in a plant pot or the ground and I could make the bird stand upright too.
They are made with 3mm silver aluminium wire, glass beads and 0.8mm aluminium wire to hold the beads on.

Lots of knitting and a bit of crocheting has been going on over the past few weeks.
I am on with finishing some more off as I am having to rest after having a back procedure so it’s definitely a good time to catch up and finish off the bits.

I love a bit of wire forming, this time I made a word and a cat!

Happy Mothers Day to all the wonderful mums out there and especially to mine, I don’t know where I would be without her 🥰

2mm black aluminium wire formed into a paw print and a heart.
This one can be put straight into a wall by drilling 2 x 2mm holes and then slotting the ends into the holes or if you prefer it flat then that can be done too, you then can either stand it up on a shelf or hang on a wall with nails or clear clips (not supplied)

A bit of wire forming again and this time I made a dog!
Think I might set this one onto some sort of base.

Wow this solid colour is definitely gorgeous!
Just out of the mould is this Eco resin trinket done with a bit of red colouring which has turned it this lovely pink colour. Just need to give it a little sand and a sealer and then it will be done.

Little items just freshly out of their moulds.

I think I love this eco resin, it’s quick, it’s easy, it’s eco friendly, it’s doesn’t give off any bad smells, it’s strong and doesn’t give off any vapour smells so it’s not harmful to me when making things.

I will definitely be adding these to the website soon.

I think I will go for a solid colour next and see how that turns out.

I got some different eco friendly resin and played with black colouring, didn’t want to make them all black (just yet 🤣) so just added a bit here and there and this is what came out of the moulds, kinda funky don’t you think?

There’s still some other things in moulds that need to come out, I will show you once they are out.

A bit more wire sculpting this afternoon with black 2mm aluminium wire.

Can you tell what it is?

They can be hung on the wall with clear clips (command hooks or small nails (both not provided) or you can place them on a shelf.
Please handle them with care, they can bend out of shape if not handled correctly.

This design (Hedgehog if you hadn’t already guessed right) will be going on the website and on my other socials this weekend for £12 each but I can do a special offer for £10 each, if brought from here until 15th March.
If you like it and want it but not in black then I can get other coloured wire to make yours in.

Well this was definitely a learning curve, I got the sizing all wrong to start with (they printed too big) then I forgot to turn the pictures on the sepia one so they printed out the same direction as the coloured ones ( luckily I noticed before pressing them) and then I over coloured the coloured print and nope I didn’t notice that til after I printing it 🤣
I think the sepia coloured one would look better with light behind it as it’s not very bright (might be because it’s sepia coloured and on frosted acrylic, will have to try coloured pictures in it, plus I used photos from fb and we all know they are not great quality pictures when printed)

But all in all not a bad first attempt at acrylic Polaroid prints

Sublimation printing time… now what will I make with these?
These are definitely something new to me so it’s all a good (or bad 🤣) learning curve

Wow look at these vases just freshly out of their mould, made with Eco resin, they just need a vinegar bath to bring out the fine decorative aggregate and powder pigments (you are suppose to acid bath them but that’s not very eco friendly 🤣) and then sealing

Tried something new today and loved it!!!
Not even sure what it’s properly called 🤣 bending wire to make shapes 🤷‍♀️

So what could possibly go wrong with some templates and some strong wire, not forgetting some pliers and cutters?
It’s a great way to get your frustration out, I feel a lot calmer 🤣

My first make was a flower, which I don’t think I did too bad a job of for my first attempt, next I tried a rose well that was nearly bang on the template! Go me!! 🤣

I thought I would display them in our test tube heart, don’t they look great?

Mother’s Day soon, treat yourself or your mum to a test tube heart and some wire flowers, very modern and unique

What do you think of these eco friendly, biodegradable sponge scrubbies?

They make an excellent replacement for the plastic ones most of us use every day.

They are made from

100% cotton
100% renewable bamboo fibre
And then hessian backed for excellent scrubbiness
Not forgetting the 100% cotton thread used to sew them all together.

They are soft of one side and scrubby on the other.
You can use them dry or use them wet and you can put them into the washer as often as you need to clean them.

When they finally come to the end of their life you simply cut them up and put them in your compost heap, saving them from going into landfill.

They will be added to the website very soon.

Oooooo eco resin!!! Don’t mind if I do.

I had wooden rings, beads and wooden plank boards and thought what can I do with them so…
4 holes drilled in the plank and some macrame cord I got to work and made a little shelf!
Here you can see one of our thinking figures sat thinking on it, maybe that what I looked like when I was thinking 🤣

This is such a simple and creative way to spruce up a bit of wall and a bonus cos it can hold some little ornaments, candles or picture frames on.

When playing with recycled t-shirt yarn we finger knitted some round coasters too, we like to try different ways of using yarn, with it been thick it was great to finger knit with and made a different texture of coaster than our hand knitted ones.
These will look great in any home and will make great mat’s for your cuppa and protect your table and furniture.

We thought we would give recycled t-shirt yarn a go and bought some in light grey, other colours are available, I must say it is amazing and very thick when knitted up.

We made coasters and table mats using the 100% recycled cotton t-shirt yarn, they are thick, strong, stretchy, firm, textured, stylish and eco friendly.
