ნარიყალა ( სპარსულად ნარინყალა — ციტადელი, შიდაციხე), თბილისის ციხის - კალას გვიანდელი სახელწოდებაა. წყაროებში პირველად მოხსენიებულია 1772 წელს გერმანელი მოგზაურ იოჰან გიულდენშტედთან.

Нарикала (перс. Narinkala - цитадель, внутренняя крепость), это позднее название тбилисской крепости - Кала. Источники впервые упоминают о нем в 1772 году у немецкого путешественника Иоганна Гульденштедта.

Narikala (Persian Narinkala - citadel, inner fortress) is the later name of Tbilisi fortress - Kala. The sources first mention it in 1772 with the German traveler Johann Guldenstedt.

Short Facts from the history of Tbilisi and about our location.
Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, and the Kura River. The fortress consists of two walled sections (right above our hotel!) on a steep hill between the sulphur baths and the botanical gardens of Tbilisi. On the lower court there is the recently restored St Nicholas church. Newly built in 1996–1997, it replaces the original 13th-century church that was destroyed in a fire. The fortress was established in the 4th century as Shuris-tsikhe (i.e., "Invidious Fort"). It was considerably expanded by theUmayyads in the 7th century and later, by king David the Builder (1089–1125).
Narikala Fortress is considered as one of the oldest fortresses in the world. It is the most important cultural and historical monument in Georgia.

ნარიყალას ციხე ისტორიულ ძეგლთა შორის ერთ-ერთ უძველეს ციხესიმაგრედ არის მიჩნეული. მას მუდმივად სტუმრობს უამრავი ტურისტი და მნახველთა შორის დიდ ინტერესს იწვევს. ნარიყალა საქართველოს ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი კულტურულ-ისტორიული ძეგლია.

Dry Bridge is the place for the people who love discovering interesting, antique, and memorable stuff. Dry Bridge is located in the central part of Tbilisi. Dry Bridge is near to Dedaena Park, where you can buy handmade works, souvenirs from the Soviet Union period, porcelain, records, and artworks by Georgian artists.
2..Grape harvesting season
September is not only “fourth month of summer” in Georgia, but also a fifth season! Grape harvesting (“rtveli” in Georgian) is essentially important for everybody, not just for those, who is involved in the agriculture. It’s also a cultural thing, which unites families and brings together far relatives.
3. Botanical Garden: Nice Nature in Tbilisi
Botanical Garden of Tbilisi is the most visited destination in Tbilisi during autumn and not only. It’s near to Narikala fortress, and the cable car is available to get to the point. The price is around 2.50 Lari per way. The entrance price in Botanical Garden is at least 2 Lari. Botanical Garden is a perfect place for enjoying the sunny days. There are accessible paths for walking, and it’s not all Zip Lining is also offered. The fall is the most popular season for weddings, and you may come across at the wedding shootings in Botanical Garden.
4.7.Arts and photo festivals
Autumn is the time, as people come back from vacation, so it means that urban life starts booming again. Tbilisi is usually hosting a photo festival, which takes place not just inside of various galleries, but also at the street. Night of Photography is one of the best parts of it.New exhibitions are coming to the museums and galleries of Georgia in autumn as well. So if you are in any city on a rainy day, ask where the closest museum is. It will be a good option, because Georgians like to create!
