Olivian Groves: We produce ULTRA PREMIUM OLIVE OIL.
We are dedicated to the production of one of the world’s best olive
oils. Our consumers get a liquid gold with low acidity, a fine complex
aroma, a distinguished fresh taste and a rich content in valuable
antioxidants. We go beyond the required standards and we diligently
follow a special oil extraction process.
We carefully select early harvested and healthy green olives from our
Single Estate grove. We add extra cooling steps in our procedure, and
avoid every point where the olive oil’s desirable micro components
could get degraded. Then, and only then, we add these precious two
words “Ultra-Premium” to our valuable child - our extra virgin olive
oil.

Harvesting with “Meraki”. “Meraki” means that we work, not only with hands, but with our soul, also.

The olives, adapted perfectly to the designated area’s soil and microclimate, are handpicked at optimum ripeness to ensure high quality. HRYSOS means "GOLD" in Greek and it is synonymous with this treasure of Protected Designation of Origin Kalamata Olive Oil.
