This complex German blend has a few hours of skin contact (apart from the few days that the Muscat gets), giving it even more texture and body. It smells funky and fruity, but the grey slate it's grown on ensures that it is tangy and bright. It's unfiltered and unfined, from an estate that has been around since (at least) 862 AD. The same family has run it since they purchased it from Napolean's government in 1805, and they've been moving towards more sustainability and natural practice since 2010.

"PHI barrique" from Philia is the main project of the winery in progress. Comes from 50 years old vines located on Mount Karvounis with schist soils. Harvest is always done at night for the best phenolic maturity of the grape. To create a balanced, gastronomic wine with intense character, maceration lasts 30 days. Light pressure, fermentation and aging in Stockinger barrels. Unfiltered wine, no added sulphites.

Ο Roberto Oliván, είναι το μεγαλύτερο ίσως αστέρι της Rioja και σίγουρα ο πιο συναρπαστικός παραγωγός της περιοχής! Ανήκει στην τέταρτη γενιά οινοποιών μιας οικογένειας αμπελουργών που καλλιεργούν σταφύλια στη Rioja εδώ και τουλάχιστον 30 έτη.

Το Tentenublo Xérico παράγεται από σταφύλια διαφορετικών αγροτεμαχίων, ηλικίας 15 έως 50 ετών, σε ύψος 550-700 μέτρα. Είναι βιολογικής καλλιέργειας και το χαρμάνι αποτελείται από 🍇🍇85% Tempranillo και 15% Viura.

Ο συνδυασμός πολύ ξηρού καλοκαιριού και πολύ δροσερού χειμώνα, εισάγει την έννοια της ξερικής υγρασίας, ή αλλιώς Xeric Torriortent, δηλαδή Xérico!

Στην ετικέτα φιγουράρουν κάθε χρονιά τα αγαπημένα του πρόσωπα, ενώ την εμφιάλωση του 2018 κοσμεί ο παππούς του, Ignacio
