The restaurant serves authentic French cuisine in an elegantly understated setting and aims to make French dishes accessible. And the ‘Croissanterie’ is destined to be the venue of choice for lovers of quality croissants, where the products are distinguished by their distinctive flavours and artisan ingredients. All croissants are made from imported top quality French butter and French flour, baked-in-house and served fresh from the oven. The croissant dough is made with a 50% butter-to-flour ratio, meaning every 100 grams of flour is folded with 50 grams of silky French butter, ensuring superbly flaky layers and a wonderful buttery aroma. Croissanterie will launch with five flavours, comprising of chestnut, chocolate, caramel, tiramisu and mango.
