Welkin held its first Annual Investor Day last month, drawing more than 100 leaders in industry and finance to learn about the latest trends in Chinese private equity. Founders Johnny S. Kong and Christopher Fong shared their insights on the major shifts occurring in China's economy and how private investors can take advantage of these developments. Samuel Chao hosted a panel of experts from the new materials and optics industries to discuss the vast potential of Advanced Manufacturing, as China aims for greater self-sufficiency in its supply chains.
