🕑 送貨時間：星期一至日（10:00-16:00，共有三個時段）

🚚 服務範圍：

此服務只適用於指定產品及香港特別行政區內送貨。服務範圍僅限於指定地區，包括 香港島、九龍、新界、東涌 (但凡沒有升降機服務提供之送貨地址，如 唐樓及村屋，只能安排地面交收)。而任何管制區域及禁止貨車進入之地區，包括 邊境禁區、離島、灣仔會議展覽中心、機場、貨櫃碼頭、物流公司/中心、倉庫或酒店收貨部等，亦不適用於送貨服務。如因客戶所提供地址不詳而導致貨品未能送遞，客戶將需承擔責任及不獲退款。

以下地區不設送貨服務：禁區、羅湖、落馬洲、沙頭角、文錦渡、迪士尼、赤柱、石澳、海洋公園、愉景灣、離島、馬灣、長洲、梅窩、坪洲、南丫島、喜靈洲、芝麻灣、大澳、昂坪、蒲台島、西貢禁區、黃石碼頭、吉澳、塔門等等相關地區

- 請確保送貨時間內有人收貨，否則運輸司機有權收取逾時等候費或將貨品送回商戶，而商戶不會作出任何賠償或重新製作食物。
- 顯示的送遞時間只為估算，實際送遞時間可能會因為無法控制的因素（如產品數量、距離、繁忙時段、天氣、交通情況等）而變動。
- 如遇上八號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告，當日及翌日之送貨服務可能會延遲及取消，我們將聯絡客戶另行安排。

Free delivery for orders over HKD1500
Additional delivery fee for orders under HKD1500 (HKD200 for Hong Kong Island, HKD150 for Kowloon and New Territories)
🗓 Order Time: Orders must be placed 4 working days in advance

🕑 Delivery Time: Monday to Sunday (10:00-16:00, with three time slots available)

🚚 Service Area:

This service is only applicable to specified products and delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The service area is limited to designated regions, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung (addresses without elevator service, such as walk-up buildings and village houses, can only be arranged for ground-level delivery). Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited, including border restricted areas, outlying islands, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airports, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, or hotel receiving departments, are not eligible for delivery services. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an unclear address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible and no refund will be provided.

Delivery services are not available in the following areas: Restricted areas, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Disneyland, Stanley, Shek O, Ocean Park, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Hei Ling Chau, Siu Mui Tsai, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Toi Island, Sai Kung restricted area, Wong Shek Pier, Kat O, Tap Mun, and related areas.

📋 Special Notes:

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the delivery time; otherwise, the delivery driver has the right to charge a waiting fee or return the items to the merchant, and the merchant will not provide any compensation or remake the food.
The displayed delivery times are estimates. The actual delivery time may vary due to uncontrollable factors (such as the number of products, distance, peak hours, weather, traffic conditions, etc.).
In case of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the delivery service on that day and the following day may be delayed or canceled. We will contact customers to arrange an alternative delivery time.
