A latest Modern Izakaya concept by Bistro Concept group, Katsumoto is located in the heart of SYP food hub - HIGH STREET.

Since Lobster Shack under Bistro Concept Group opened February this year - the man behind this Group Christopher Przemyski who has 3 other restaurants (Flying Pig Bistro, Flying Pig Deli Social, El Macho) , is now adding his fifth addition - Katsumoto to his growing repertoire of venues on Hong Kong's west side. Sai Ying Pun has quickly become one of the most exciting spots to dine in the city while Christopher had set his sights for his food empire expansion 5 years ago. The arrival of Katsumoto, currently in its soft opening phase— adds another dimension to the gastronomic hub with a modern Izakaya fare.

With a name like Katsumoto which links us to the "Last Samurai" and a historical background of Christopher's unique naming of this latest addition, his creative desire to display his restaurant’s unique design and offering — guests can already expect a menu filled with sharp, appetite-winning flavors.
