曾經有人說「努力和結果不一定能成正比」，現在我們終於明白話句話的意思。

謝謝大家的支持和每位同事的努力。

這兩年多差不多三年，我們都在想，大家喜歡Rim Coffee的原因，是我們的咖啡還是食物？我想大概是我們的人情味。

雖然努力和結果不成正比，但經驗一定會因為努力而增加。我們不會因為這樣而放棄，希望有緣能再見到大家。你們也是，挫折只是人生的必經階段、成長的一部份。

**6月29日** 是最後的營業日，相信我們一定會再見的。

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of our doors. We’ve poured our passion into every cup, creating a space where friendships blossomed, dreams were shared, and memories were made. The aroma of freshly ground coffee and the warmth of our community will linger in our hearts forever.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who walked through our doors. Your laughter, conversations, and unwavering support have been the heartbeat of this place. The bond we’ve formed with our customers and staff is an irreplaceable treasure that we will cherish for a lifetime.

As we navigate this bittersweet moment, we’re filled with hope and gratitude for the experiences we’ve shared. The love and camaraderie that filled these walls will continue to inspire us in the next chapter of our journey.

Though this may be the end of an era, the memories we’ve created together will endure. Thank you for being a part of our story. Let’s raise our mugs in celebration of the moments we’ve shared and the connections we’ve forged.

新一期的手沖豆，是來自東京的 。他們認真地對待每一杯咖啡，會因應義式咖啡、手沖咖啡等不同沖煮風格而使用不同的磨豆機。

這個月的單品豆，再次回到了台灣。

這次為大家帶來彰化的 .cafe ，店面由「龍口食品」超過50年歷史的老倉庫改建而成，裡面還保留舊廠房的機器，是新舊融合的一個空間。雖然是今年新開的店，但老闆在咖啡界待了很久，對咖啡也很有熱誠。大家有機會去到彰化，一定要到養真民珠Cafe喝咖啡，因為實體店面真的很美。

< What is Dirty? >

Dirty是一杯凍奶上再直接倒入濃縮咖啡的飲品。製作Dirty的時候，由於濃縮咖啡是直接流入杯中，咖啡油脂得已保存完整，因此在第一口飲用時可以聞到濃縮咖啡的香氣和風味，並可以感受到熱濃縮與凍奶的雙重口感，每一口往下喝，會品嚐到更多的奶味和甘甜，口感非常奇妙。

因此在飲用的過程中**不建議**攪拌，再者，攪拌Dirty也失去了其咖啡本身的原意，咖啡師見到亦會感到不開心。

新一期的手沖豆，有來自澳洲的 。他不只是一間普通的咖啡店，咖啡愛好者可以嘗試參與烘焙咖啡豆及製作濃縮咖啡，創造一個不僅可以喝咖啡，也能學習咖啡知識的地方。台灣籍店主Adam更是首批把精品咖啡帶到澳洲Brisbane的烘焙師！

天氣逐漸變得炎熱，這個夏天，Rim Coffe決定與鄰居 ._.onions 聯乘合作，推出Affogato，他們出雪糕，我們出咖啡。由Cutting店主親自製作的黑芝麻雪糕，再加上我們的House Blend，兩者加起來非常合拍，絕對是夏天的消暑良品🍨

本月新豆，有來自新加坡的 .coffee 。創立於2017年的homeground，起初只在有咖啡展或快閃店的形式出現，直到2018年才有實體店。而在2022年，其中一個partner Elysia更在WBrC世界沖煮大賽獲得第三名。

內容：研究日本酒多年、來自酒花鏡月的Roy精挑細選3款日本酒作為Tasting的主軸，再由Rim的咖啡調酒顧問Jeffrey設計日本酒cocktails，總共5杯含酒精飲料以及精緻餐點一份。
