Eggslut進駐香港慶祝一周年喇！ 🎉 為咗慶祝今次嘅盛事，我哋特別以「Taste of Hong Kong」為主題，推出咗四款充滿本地特色美食，俾客人體驗到獨特嘅味道！四款新產品包括避風塘風沙蝦三文治、避風塘風沙薯餅、椰子冰棒紅豆冰，仲有經典原味同埋紅豆豆腐花，每一款都充滿住港式風情！

避風塘風沙蝦三文治，裡面採用咗以鮮蝦製作嘅蝦餅，再加上自家製惹味風沙醬同一貫鬆軟嘅麵包，吃上一口，絕對會讓你感受到香港海鮮的鮮美！

椰子冰棒紅豆冰，用天然椰子汁製作，仲搭配咗香甜紅豆沙，既清爽又不膩，讓你感受到一絲清涼甜蜜。

再來係經典嘅紅豆豆腐花，滑嫩豆腐花同埋甜美紅豆完美結合，配合黃糖以傳統方式食用，不僅係香港人懷舊之味，同樣係香港人文化記憶中嘅一部分。

Eggslut is throwing a party for our 1st anniversary in Hong Kong! 🎉 To celebrate this awesome milestone, we’re excited to roll out four mouthwatering dishes inspired by the theme ”Taste of Hong Kong,“ giving you a flavor explosion like no other! Check out our new lineup: the Sandstorm Prawn Sandwich, Sandstorm Hashbrown, Coconut Pops with Red Bean, and the classic Original and Red Bean Tofu Pudding—each one packed with local vibes!

First up, we’ve got the Sandstorm Prawn Sandwich! This beauty features shrimp cakes made from the freshest shrimp, slathered in our homemade Sandstorm sauce and nestled between super soft bread. Take a bite, and you’ll be hit with that fresh Hong Kong seafood goodness!

Next on the menu are the Coconut Pops with Red Bean Milk! These treats are made with all-natural coconut juice and paired with sweet red bean paste. They’re refreshing, light, and the perfect blend of cool and sweet.

And let’s not forget the classic Red Bean Tofu Pudding! This delightful dessert combines silky tofu with sweet red beans, and it’s traditionally served with brown sugar. It’s a nostalgic favorite for locals and a sweet slice of our cultural heritage.

🥚Fairfax 用蛋仲賣得貴過Sausage？
關鍵在於全店均用咗由外國進口嘅散養雞蛋（cage free, free range），健康快樂嘅母雞，生出嚟嘅雞蛋口感超滑溜、蛋味濃郁、蛋香四溢，遠遠超越其他級數雞蛋，一個Fairfax所用到嘅蛋量唔少，所以如果$38我哋真係搞唔掂🥶關於雞蛋學問，遲吓再同大家講吓「蛋之百科」。

總結賣咗幾日限量版Pancake Sandwich之後，安排上的確有不足之處，我哋即時已作出反應改善，並承諾日後只會做得更好，希望大家入到嚟Eggslut都只會帶住笑容離開，食得開心係我哋最想見到嘅畫面。

⏱️ Longer preparation time?
Eggslut has always adhered to the principle of ”made-to-order“ at our flagship store in LA, where food items are not pre-made, ensuring that everything served to customers is at its freshest and highest quality. The new limited-edition Hotcake Sandwich is also grilled upon ordering to maintain its soft and fluffy texture at its best! 😋

🤑 Is the pricing lower than normal?
As Eggslut is celebrating its 1st anniversary in Hong Kong, in addition to showing our gratitude to our loyal customers, we also want everyone to be able to enjoy our food without having to worry about the price.

🥚 Why is the Fairfax (with egg) more expensive than the Sausage?
The key is that we use imported free-range eggs across our entire menu. These eggs from healthy, happy chickens have an exceptionally creamy texture, rich flavor, and delectable aroma, far surpassing regular eggs. With the substantial amount of eggs used in each Fairfax, we’ve had to price it higher than $38. We’ll share more about the eggs in the future.

In summary, after a few days of selling the limited-edition Hotcake Sandwich, we‘ve realized there were some shortcomings in our arrangements, and we’ve immediately taken action to improve. We promise that in the future, we‘ll only get better, and we hope that every customer who comes to Eggslut will leave with a smile, because your satisfaction is what we strive for the most.
