中環地中海餐廳Basin六月起，推出全新春夏時令菜單，包括清新爽口的意大利絲翠奇亞沙律（HK$ 160），配搭精緻幼滑的布拉塔芝士、紅莓和松子，再淋上香氣滿滿的羅勒油和特級初榨橄欖油，令人食慾大開！還有刀工細膩的香料腌漬吞拿魚 (HK$ 250)，伴以蛋黃、青檸汁和醬油，是頭盤中必試的菜式之一；主菜方面，可選西班牙著名的Josper炭爐烤焗的伊比利亞黑毛豬背夾心肉（HK$ 360），此部位被稱為「不見天」（Ibérico Secreto），是黑毛豬的秘密部位，肉質鮮嫩。大廚Antoni 以迷迭香、百里香和橄欖油調味，使Josper炭爐的香氣滲入肉中，令肉香和炭香完美結合。
