踏入秋天，又到香港人最愛既大閘蟹季節，
「禮記秋祭大閘蟹盛宴」🦀今年為大家揭開序幕，菜式內容更為豐富。
先有清蒸大閘蟹(六兩重) 2隻，其次有4款特色精選菜色——蟹粉灌湯小籠包 2隻、
蟹肉濃湯扒香蘆筍、魚肚桂花炒銀絲及蟹粉扒蝦球鍋巴，
最後以經典滋潤補暖既薑汁紅棗燉桃膠作結。
套餐矚目當然係六兩重既清蒸大閘蟹，清蒸製法能保留大閘蟹既原汁原味。

LiJi’s signature crispy chickens are freshly made every day. Chickens are marinated with herbs then blow dried for a few hours. Deep fry by splashing hot oil on to the chicken then it is ready to serve!
