Not only does this reduce the burden on the environment, such as the soil, but it also reduces the impact of chemicals on health, making it an agricultural method that is friendly to farmers working on farms. Inspections are conducted every year by registered certification parties at farms and manufacturing plants to ensure that they are being produced according to the rules. Only foods that meet these strict standards are allowed to display the "Organic JAS Mark". Ogawa Coffee acquired organic JAS certification in 2001 at its Kyoto factory. In order to deliver delicious coffee to everyone, we are also working to create an environment for sustainable coffee cultivation through the sale of organic coffee.

Sarutahiko Ebisu City Blend

BLEND CONCEPT
A Tokyo coffee that expresses the refined expression of the city of Ebisu and the generosity of the adults who live there, just as the name Ebisu City speaks for itself. This blend was the original daily coffee of Sarutahiko Coffee, standing with the company from Day 1 when the first shop opens at Ebisu im 2011. The term "city roast" in coffee is said to have been named for the degree of roast that was popular in New York City. This term triggered the concept to create "What is a city roast for the gorgeous city of Ebisu today?"
