Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the AAUM (HK) Limited will be held at 2pm on 28 September 2024 via Zoom for the purposes of transacting the following items of business:

1. To receive and consider last AGM minutes;
2. To receive and consider the President’s Report;
3. To report the financial status for the year ended 31 December 2023;
4. To appoint auditors for the ensuing one year;
5. To elect the Committee for the ensuing one year;
6. To transact any other ordinary business of the AAUM.

Any member is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on his/her behalf in respect of his/her vote, as the case may be. A proxy need not be a member.
