日本鬼怪版十二門徒畫作 🖼️👺

SAKEH 居酒屋以日式妖怪作為主題,通過地下樓層的和式庭園,再踏入門口,就會見到這幅日本鬼怪版十二門徒的日本浮世繪畫作,絕對是餐廳的標誌。

🔥雞翼
靠近根部的是雞翼根,剩下的部分被稱為雞翼尖。這一部分肉較少,油脂較多。
🔥雞腿肉
雞腿外側的肉。肉質也更加富有彈性,一隻雞隻能拿到兩個雞腿肉,是十分珍貴的部位。
🔥雞頸肉
雞頭周圍的肉。這部分是雞經常轉動的部分,因此肉也更加緊緻,富有彈性,口感也更加美味。
🔥雞肩肉
雞胸與雞翼之間的部位。此部位能夠同時享受到雞皮與雞肉的美味,十分珍貴,若是與生醬油一同品嘗的話味道更佳。
🔥雞軟骨
鳥類的一大特徵就是在胸骨的前端會有相對柔軟的一個部位——軟骨。軟骨自身雖然沒有很特別的味道,但有香脆的口感。
🔥雞卵巢(母)
雞的卵巢和未孵化的蛋是提燈的由來,是串燒界限量珍品!
🔥雞冠
含有豐富的玻璃酸和膠原蛋白,會令皮膚容易吸收水份,好吃之餘還有美顏作用!
🔥雞皮
燒烤後會溢出大量油脂,口感可以柔軟,也可以焦脆。
🔥雞心
雞的心臟。一隻雞隻能取得一塊。這個部位的口感富有彈性,吃的時候也會稍微有點鐵的味道。
🔥雞肝
雞的肝臟。若是新鮮又優質的雞肝是沒有什麼腥味的,在口中擴散的美味更是讓人回味無窮。
🔥雞腎
簡單的說就是雞的胃,負責儲存和磨碎食物,含有非常豐富的營養物質。

🍶🇯🇵 日本清酒是日本的國酒,擁有源遠流長的釀造歷史和豐富多樣的品種。每一款清酒背後,都蘊藏着釀酒師的匠心獨運和對釀酒藝術的執着追求。今天,就讓我們一起領略SAKEH有售的一些知名清酒品牌的獨特魅力,探尋它們的產地、釀造故事和獨特口感吧!

🔹十四代(Juyondai)
產地: 山形縣
背景: 十四代被譽為”清酒之王”,連續17年在日本排名第一。它打破了傳統清酒”清淡乾爽”的風格,注重釀造出富有果香的清酒。通過不斷改良大米品種和提高釀造技藝,將日本清酒推向了國際舞台。
口感: 甜美中帶有爽口酸味,回味悠長,無論單獨品嘗或與餐食搭配都是上佳選擇。

🔹磯自慢(Isojiman)
產地: 靜岡縣
背景: 磯自慢是一家歷史悠久的酒廠,成立於1830年。在2008年的G8峰會上,它被選為國賓級清酒。磯自慢使用精心挑選的大米和著名的軟水,結合傳統酵母和複雜釀造工藝,釀造出令人自豪的上乘清酒。
口感: 果香撲鼻,酸度均衡,回味悠長。

🔹翠玉(Sui Gyoku)
產地: 秋田縣
背景: 翠玉酒廠創立於1872年,以”翠玉”為名源於其清酒色澤如同翡翠般晶瑩剔透。他們一直堅持手工傳統釀造方式,力求釀造出高品質清酒。
口感: 入口柔順絲滑,余香持久悠長。

🔹黑龍(Kokuryuu)
產地: 福井縣
背景: 黑龍酒廠創立於1804年,以”黑龍”命名象徵力量和尊嚴。他們一直秉承家訓”釀造出令人懷念的清酒”,用心釀造出品質卓越的清酒。
口感: 香氣純正、口感濃郁、平衡協調。

🔹作(Nami)
產地: 三重縣
背景: 作酒廠創立於1548年,是日本酒齡最久的酒廠之一。他們一直堅持手工傳統釀造方式,用心釀造出高品質清酒。
口感: 入口柔和、餘味悠長、層次分明。

🔹飛露喜(Hiroki)
產地: 福島縣
背景: 飛露喜酒廠創立於1923年,以”飛露喜”之名寓意”幸福如飛鳥般自由自在”。他們一直堅持手工傳統釀造方式,用心釀造出高品質清酒。
口感: 香氣馥郁、餘味悠長、口感豐富。

🔹大嶺酒造(Ohmine Shuzou)
產地: 山口縣
背景: 大嶺酒造成立於1876年,以傳統手工釀造方式著稱。他們的大嶺純米大吟釀備受推崇,擁有濃郁的果香和順滑口感。
口感: 富有果香,入口順滑細膩。

🔹空藏(Kura)
產地: 兵庫縣
背景: 空藏酒廠創建於1832年,以”空藏”之名寓意”釀酒如同修行”。他們一直秉承家訓”虔誠釀酒”,用心釀造出品質上乘的清酒。
口感: 香氣純正、味道豐富。

🔹天美(Tenbi)
產地: 山口縣
背景: 天美酒廠創立於1904年,以”天美”之名寓意”天地之美”。他們一直堅持手工傳統釀造方式,用心釀造出高品質清酒。
口感: 香氣怡人、餘味清爽。

🔹天賦(Tenpu)
產地: 鹿兒島
背景: 天賦酒廠創立於1868年,以”天賦”之名寓意”天賜的恩賜”。他們一直秉承家訓”釀造天賜的美酒”,用心釀造出品質卓越的清酒。
口感: 香氣馥郁、口感濃郁、回味悠長。

🔹安藝虎(Ageinoko)
產地: 高知縣
背景: 安藝虎酒廠創立於1857年,以”安藝虎”之名寓意”如虎般勇猛”。他們一直堅持手工傳統釀造方式,用心釀造出高品質清酒。
口感: 香氣純正、入口順滑、餘味清爽。

🔹鎮星黃龍(Chinseihokuryu)
產地: 岐阜縣
背景: 鎮星黃龍酒廠創立於1923年,以”鎮星黃龍”之名寓意”鎮守星辰般永恆”。他們一直秉承家訓”釀造永恆的美酒”,用心釀造出品質卓越的清酒。
口感: 香氣怡人、口感豐富、回味悠長。
