Lower abdomen, 4 inches below the middle of the navel (1 inch below the Guanyuan point) and 3 inches to the side (four fingers width).

📍「宮寒」的形成
宮寒是指子宮虛寒,代表子宮、卵巢、輸卵管周圍血氣不暢,寒氣入內,引起身體虛寒、月經不調的問題。多因為喜食生冷食物、凍飲,長期吹風,喜歡穿短衫短裙,引致下腹受寒。
📍「宮寒」6大症狀
1。容易手腳冰冷,下腹及屁股寒涼
2。月經不調,經痛
3。白帶量多,清稀
4。容易肥、容易有肚腩(因為子宮寒冷,身體會囤積脂肪來保護子宮)及水腫
5。 尿頻、夜尿

🟡中醫理論
中醫古籍《黃帝內經》:「胃不和則臥不安。」臨床上常遇到患者腹脹、胃痛、便秘、腹瀉,同時抱怨難入睡、淺眠及多夢。
🟡常見成因
“胃不和”泛指飲食不節或肝氣郁結(多因情緒)所致腸胃功能受損而胃氣不和,從而影響夜晚休息、造成失眠。
🟡 去除病因、養成良好的作息習慣
1。晚餐不可暴飲暴食,盡量睡前2-3小時完成進餐,免飲茶、飲酒、喝咖啡,以減輕胃負擔,有利於保護胃的通降功能。
平常多吃健脾胃食物,如:陳皮、蓮子、山藥、紅棗、南瓜等
2。應盡量按照“晝行夜眠”的規律,勞逸結合,避免熬夜。
3。適量運動,飯後可以散步20-30分鐘,幫助消化。

內關穴
前臂掌側正中線,腕橫紋上2寸(約3手指)
有助消除胃脹、止嗝、止嘔吐

"Stomach disharmony" generally refers to improper diet or stagnation of liver qi (mostly due to emotions) resulting in impaired gastrointestinal function and disharmony of stomach qi, which affects sleep.

1. Don't overeat for dinner, try to finish eating 2-3 hours before going to bed, avoid drinking tea, alcohol, and coffee.
Eat foods that are good for spleen and stomach: such as tangerine peel, lotus seeds, yam, red dates, pumpkin, etc.
2. Follow the rule of "active during the day and rest at night", and avoiding staying up late.
3. Exercise moderately and walk for 20-30 mins after meals to help digestion.

🟡認識經前綜合症
經前綜合症在每當經前或經期,出現煩躁易怒,或情緒抑鬱、悲傷欲哭,或坐臥不寧,月經後回復正常。
🟡常見成因
虛證:平日思慮多造成心血不足,經期時血氣往下,令心神失去滋養。經前或經期間精神恍惚、心悸、失眠。月經量少色淡。
實證:平日較易怒造成肝氣鬱結,經期時煩躁易怒、口苦、乳房脹痛、胃脹、月經量多色暗。
另外,平日多油膩煎炸食物、情緒起伏大,經期間痰火上逆影響心神。經前或經期精神狂躁、語無倫次、便秘、月經量少色紅或深紅。

疏肝清熱,解鬱安神
1。合谷穴
手背上,大拇指與食指夾緊處凸起的地方
改善胃脹、頭痛
2。三陰交穴
位於腳踝內側往上量起3寸處,約4手指距離。為婦科重要穴位,調理脾、肝、腎,達調經作用。
3。太衝穴
位於第一二腳趾骨交接的凹陷處。

腰椎問題、姿勢唔好、扭傷、工作好緊張,都係容易造成腰痛嘅原因。
手上3個簡單穴位,可以暫時舒缓腰痛。
係醫師好鍾意用嘅穴位。冇錯醫師用嘅係「平衡針法」,針係一啲好似唔關事嘅地方,實質上係利用其他經絡,平衡唔通嘅經絡。「不通則痛」,只要經絡通咗就唔會痛。
按照圖上3個穴位,每個位置按20秒,同事慢慢活動腰部,就可以舒缓腰痛!

Self help tips for Back Pain
You would experience back pain if you have lumbar disease, poor posture, sports injuries or high work stress.
In Chinese medicine, we think when there is stagnation in the body channels, there must be pain.
We use acupuncture to correct and balance the channel.
In a home setting, you can massage 3 simple points in the hand! Yes, I dun place any points on where you feel the pain. My technique is called "Balance Acupuncture", by using different channels to correct the stagnated channels.
Massage the 5 points according to the pic for 20s of each point. Move the back slowly at the same time.

「醫師,究竟我腸胃好唔好?」
了解手上各反射區
手指公第二指節的形態,可以反映消化系統強弱。
🟡如果比手指頭收窄,代表腸胃消化力弱,不能一次消化過多食物。飲食方面不易過飽,每次7分飽就夠。可以少食多餐。
🟡如果比手指頭闊,代表本身吃太多,肚滿腸肥。要注意肥胖、血壓等問題。要少吃少餐,多運動。
🟡與手指公一直線,恭喜你,你的腸胃功能還不錯!當然都要注重飲食平衡。

How’s your digestive health?
The shape of the thumb can reflect the strength of your digestion.
🟡the digestion is weak if the thumb is narrow which cannot digest too much food at one time. Do eat 70% full but frequent meals.
🟡too much dirty things in the gut if the thumb is too thick. Better eat less and skip meals to prevent obesity, blood pressure problems.
🟡digestion is good if the thumb is one straight line. Still need to work on balanced diet.

指甲上出現竪紋是病預兆!
從指甲顏色及質地,可以看出身體情況。如果你發現指甲上開始出現竪紋,代表肝臟出現問題。
中醫學中,「肝主筋,其華在甲」,是肝臟在外在表現在指甲上。肝臟幫助暢通氣機,主情志。當長期操勞過度、睡眠不足,肝臟暢通氣機失調,指甲失去血液滋潤,就會出現竪紋。
肝臟其他症狀包括,情緒鬱結、偏頭痛、兩肋脹痛、高血壓。鬱結長久會化火,出現口臭口乾、大便乾。
飲食護肝
❌當出現火象,要避免食大蒜、生薑、羊肉等溫補食物。
✅ 菊花,清肝明目
枸杞,補益肝腎,益精明目
綠豆,清熱止渴
最重要是切勿捱夜,多休息,勿動躁,才能真正從根本護肝。
Grooves on nails may reflect serious problem of liver
In Chinese medicine, the health of Liver is reflected on nail color and texture. Liver is a system to move Qi in the body. When this mechanism fails, blood would not be about the nourish nails, grooves would be developed.
Lack of sleep and chronic exhaustion are the major cause of bad liver.
Other Liver symptoms including anxiety, migraines, rib pain and high blood pressure.
Fire symptoms would be developed for prolonged stagnation, like dry mouth, bad breath, dry stools.
Food remedy

📍「宮寒」的形成
宮寒是指子宮虛寒,代表子宮、卵巢、輸卵管周圍血氣不暢,寒氣入內,引起身體虛寒、月經不調的問題。
📍「宮寒」6大症狀
1。容易手腳冰冷,下腹及屁股寒涼
2。月經不調,經痛
3。白帶量多,清稀

腳板底有個穴位「湧泉」穴,係人體長壽大穴。溫暖這個穴位,可激發腎經經氣,有腎精充足、精力充沛、固本培元、調和氣血、調整臟腑功能等作用,並可防治人體多個系統的疾病。
4。穴位艾灸
可艾灸腳上「三陰交」,腹部「關元」、「氣海」穴,溫暖子宮
5。避免長期處於冷氣
要注重保暖,準備外套,保護包括肩膊、腰部、雙腿及膝蓋,容易受寒的部位。確保淋雨或洗頭後,要吹乾頭髮才睡覺。
6。切記食生冷食物及凍飲
生冷野會減慢血液循環,造成「寒凝血瘀」,引起經痛,腫瘤等情況。

Exercise can maximize blood circulation, expel cold in the body. Do more jogging, yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, hiking
3. Warm foot bath
There is an acupoint at the bottom of the foot, which is the longevity point of the human body. It can stimulate qi of the kidney meridian, which has the functions of sufficient kidney essence, energy, and prevent diseases.
4. moxibustion
on "Sanyinjiao" on the feet, "Guanyuan" and "Qihai" points on the abdomen to warm the uterus
5. Avoid prolonged exposure to air-condition
Always prepare a coat to protect shoulders, waist, legs and knees. Make sure to blow dry your hair before going to bed after getting in the rain or washing hair.
6. Not to eat cold food and drinks
Those will slow down blood circulation, causing "cold blood stasis", menstrual pain.
