力量和體能訓練不但只適用於精英運動員。 只要良好的配合關節靈活度、力量和體能訓練,可適用於任想改善身體質素和健康為的人。

本課程專為11-16歲的年輕一代設計,學習基本的重量訓練技巧,為未來的訓練奠定良好的基礎,旨在幫助:
🔸降低運動受傷風險
🔸提高運動表現
🔸提高骨質密度
🔸強化肌腱
🔸提高肌肉力量和體能

課堂時限:60分鐘

Stepping into puberty is the best period to begin systematic training, which is very helpful for sports performance, physical growth and stay fitness after they grow up!

Strength and Conditioning training is not only for elite sports performance. A well mix of Mobility, Strength and Conditioning training can be applied to anyone with the goal of improving their fitness and health.

This class is designed for young generation age 11-16, learn the basic lifting techniques, develop a good foundation for future training and aims to help:
