Congratulations to Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College for expanding and upgrading their school gym to a more versatile and functional training zone. The new training area offers increased space for school team training, as well as students to practice exam criteria for the DSE, such as pull-ups on the monkey bars and assisted chin-up machines.

The addition of treadmills and allows students to incorporate cardio training into their strength and conditioning workouts. This enables the school to deliver circuit training programs that can accommodate larger groups of students.

We look forward to implementing strength and conditioning training based on the CFSC concept, which promotes ”one program fits all.“ This approach allows all students to train under the same program by adjusting the loading and body positioning to progress or regress the exercises as needed.

Congratulations to all the coaches who have just completed the Stick Mobility Level 1 Certification Course (Batch 47)! This workshop attracted a diverse group of participants, including lecturers from various universities and educational institutions, physiotherapists, NGO staffs, and fitness enthusiasts.

is a self-regulating and self-limiting training system that adjusts difficulty through different irradiation techniques and trains across various planes of motion. This versatility makes it ideal for professional athletes, the general population, and the elderly. The exercises incorporate isometric principles and fascia stretching, reducing injury risk and enhancing overall wellness.

Methods are many, but principles are few. In the Stick Mobility Level 2 Certification Course, we will explore advanced leverage and stability principles, feedback techniques, and best practices for integrating other training modalities, such as physio ball, functional strap, and more. This ensures clients learn movement patterns effectively, with better progression and regression.

多謝 飛越啟德 Norman 的邀請，參加這個跑步機活動。 我們三人( )在滾筒式跑步機上完成100K距離，為23/6的接力賽測試。

為我們提供絕佳的場地。三台跑步機都駁到大電視在zwift 設定的100K路線；有專人補給；三把大風扇散熱；還播背景音樂。

這款跑步機比一般難駕馭，好靠重心的平衡，配速不好控制。在慢速上要花多點力去保持。有輕微上斜感覺。簡單就是跑姿好又有一定跑速會有利。

翻查紀錄原來我已好多年無跑過100K。前兩次都跑得唔好，連同24/12H 分段時間所有都超過9小時。今次不是比賽，就希望每小時跑11KPH，再加快少少sub9為目標。

Hour 1-2 預期中的順利，就算中間要停低做訪問，每小時跑12K無問題。這段和Dick拍住跑，在現實他在我旁邊，虛擬的zwift 都並肩而行。

Hour 3-4 算是超馬的剛開始，沒有之前的輕鬆，配速還算隱定。過全馬時間是3“30“，頭4小時候跑了48.5KM。

Hour 5-6 本來不打算咁早休息，但著碳板鞋令到腳板痛，要停下來換鞋。換來沒有推進力的跑鞋，不過就即時解決了。由12分配速就慢慢跌到11分。這次不算特別好胃口，進食很少固體食物，主要依靠gel 和sport drinks。這個階段有時糖分太低，會有頭暈失平衡的情況。

Hour 7-8 到75K 時，決定第二次休息。本來打算一口氣沖埋最後距離，但速度提升一陣又下滑。80-90K 算是比較煎熬的一段，很多次配速跌到六分。

Last Hour 已大致估計到完成時間。保持一個輕鬆的速度完成。最尾1K牛英和好友Ivan還過來打氣。最後完成時間8小時53分，平均配速5“19”。

今次服裝和襪子都穿上 ，經過幾次的長途賽，他們的服裝絕對是無後顧之憂。

這種跑步機超馬，我認為很有意思，過程中沒有沈悶的感覺。縱使外面整天都落大雨，我們還在穩定的場地完成。如果場地和機器許可，要多辦。亦期望啟德體育園開幕後，可以在香港再辦場地超馬。
